Well Antique week has come to an end! We are cleaning up the house and getting ready to head back to Houston so my parents can rest and I can catch a flight! Yesterday we left at 8:30 and stopped at around 7:00! WHEW! I forget how wearing those cowboy boots can hurt after a while! We had a great day still finding new things and trying to bargain with the old ” You dont REALLY want to load that back in your trailer tonight now do you???” I will post a picture of my finds soon =) Here are some of the photos of the day as well as the photo of the night! We ended with drinking sangria from the wine shop and listening to the Porch Band at Klumps right off the square. It was cracking me up how trucks and trailers kept driving on the highway as people stood on both sides of the street two-steppin, hanging out and finally starting to wind down to normal. Because the town of 77 people was the host to about ooooohhhh 200,000+
For my Simply Sunday here are two of my many favorite vendors that I loved:
Willow Nest Farm
They carried some amazing letterpress cards and their booth set-up was gorgeous! The eggs photo below was taken there!
Vintage at Heart
I don’t think I got a photo here because I was too busy picking out what should arrive at my door next week! I ordered one of her serving pieces made from the barrel of a wine bucket! I still have my eye on that lazy susan made from the lid of the barrel!
