The official Welcome To Fall event for me is heading back home to Texas to visit my parents, sister and aunt & uncle for the Round Top, Texas Antique Festival. So, at the start of October I put on my boots and walked cow pastures full of treasures. . .
And a trip is not complete without visiting the Junk Gypsy’s famous
Junk- O-Rama Prom-O-Rama
Where you just might find big ol Texas hair, elvises, 2 steppin, live music, petticoats, vintage prom dresses and oh so much more whilst dancing under those
TeXaS sTaRs!!
Its after this night that I call my husband and say
” Oh how I love Texas. . .how how I miss Texas. . . ready to move here?”
and he will say ” Because of a Prom??”
and I respond with a ” Its not just a Prom baby and…um…well…remember you are a blessed man because you married into Texas. iloveyou much”
And ohhhh the great great times I have with my family. . .
