Shyambhavi - I just finished month 1 of the Insanity wuorokt. While I feel in better shape and can notice improvement in my cardio fitness, I’m not seeing any changes to my body yet. I’m 5 tall and started Insanity weighing 141 pounds. Today, I weighed in at 138 pounds. My belly, which has always been my tough spot, looks the same still flabby. I’m sticking with the program but I was hoping I’d see some visible changes to my body after the first month. My goal is to get down to 130 pounds and lower my body fat percentage to around 20 (currently it is at 25). I’ve stuck pretty close to the diet plan, though I’m vegan and have been for nearly 20 years for animal rights reasons.Any advice on why I’m not seeing results after one month of Insanity? I’ve heard many people post that they really start to notice improvements in the second month. Have others on this thread found that month 2 brings more pronounced changes?
