Having traveled to some of the poorest parts of the world with Compassion International, Keely hopes her photographs inspire her viewers to see poverty in a way that might challenge them to make a difference. Compassion gives hope to children and acts as an advocate, to release them from their spiritual, economic, social and physical poverty enabling them to become fulfilled Christian adults. Today, Compassion helps more than 1 million children in 24 countries. Using her journalism background and artistic style she hopes to tell a story in the most creative and true way. Drawn to the faces and textures of each country shes always finding art in her surroundings and hopes to bring part of that world back with her to share.
